On October 18, the Co-President of the Association of Jewish Communities and Organizations (VAAD) Ukraine, Executive Vice President of the Congress of National Communities of Ukraine, Chairman of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress General Council Josef Zissels and the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Refat Chubarov spoke at the Kyiv Media Hub at the invitation of the Free Academy of Change, led by Michael Feldman. The lecture was titled: “Problems of Inter-Ethnic Relationships in Ukraine: Escaping Historic Problems.”
