Josef Zissels participates in UJE panel discussion

On October 3, Chairman of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress Program Committee, Co-President of the Association of Jewish Communities and Organizations (VAAD) Ukraine Josef Zissels gave a report titled “Ukrainian and Jewish dissidents: from a joint struggle to self-realization in national states” as part of the panel discussion “Jews and Ukrainian: the post-war Soviet period”, which took place in Pocantico (USA) and was organized by the Ukrainian-Jewish Encounter initiative (UJE).

VAAD Vice President Leonid Finberg also spoke on Ukrainian-Jewish relations in the 1980s.
