U.S. Special Envoy Elan Carr to meet with government officials in Kyiv
06.05.2019, Ukraine U.S. Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism Elan Carr during his stay in Kyiv will address the Kyiv Jewish Forum and meet with representatives of the Ukrainian government and Jewish community.
The Embassy of the United States of America in Ukraine wrote this on Twitter.
“We warmly welcome Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism Elan Carr to Kyiv. During his visit Special Envoy Carr will speak at the Kyiv Jewish Forum and meet with Ukrainian government officials and Jewish community representatives,” reads the report.
The Kyiv Jewish Forum kicked off in the Ukrainian capital on May 6. During the forum, prominent Jewish leaders and friends from business, politics and media will discuss the future of Ukrainian and international Jewry. The event will last till May 7.
